Exchange Policy
At Kiki Déa, each fragrance is crafted with care and designed to bring you joy with every spritz. Because our perfumes and body products are personal-use items, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or refunds once a product has been opened or used.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll gladly arrange an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The request must be made within 5 days of receiving your order
Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect
How to Request an Exchange
Please email us at info@kikidea.co.za within 5 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and a photo of the product if it arrived damaged or incorrect.
Our team will guide you through the simple exchange process.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on:
Opened or used fragrances
Body lotions, body mists, or any personal care items
