1. How are Kiki Déa fragrances made?
Our fragrances are developed in small batches using carefully selected fragrance oils and premium
bases. Each blend is tested, refined, and hand-finished to ensure lasting quality and a beautifulscent experience.
2. How long will my fragrance last?
Our Eau de Parfum (EDP) and body products are designed for lasting wear. Typically, the EDP lasts 6–8 hours on skin, while body mists and lotions offer a lighter, refreshing scent throughout the day.
3. How should I store my perfumes?
To keep your fragrance at its best:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Keep bottles tightly closed when not in use.
4. Can I layer fragrances?
Absolutely! Layering is at the heart of Kiki Déa. Combine your EDP, body mist, and lotion to
create your own signature scent ritual.
5. Do you ship outside South Africa?
Currently, we ship within South Africa. International shipping may be added in the future
— stay tuned!
6. How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery typically takes:
1–3 business days for major cities.
3–5 business days for outlying or rural areas
7. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at
info@kikidea.co.za. We’ll gladly arrange an exchange.
8. Can I return a fragrance?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on opened or used
products. Exchanges are only offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
