Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Kiki Déa, we want your fragrance to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. All orders are packaged with care and dispatched from our studio within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

High-Risk & Rural Delivery Areas
Deliveries to high-risk or remote locations, including farms and rural addresses, may require specialised courier services.
Shipping to these areas is calculated when checking out and delivery may take up to 7 business days.

It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct shipping option at checkout. If the incorrect option is chosen, any additional courier fees must be settled before the order can be delivered.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

1–3 business days within major cities

3–7  business days for outlying or rural areas

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, public holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout when available.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery details are correct and complete. We cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you directly. Repeated failed deliveries may incur an additional charge.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@kikidea.co.za
within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
We’ll gladly assist in resolving the issue.
